Several organizations coordinated to create the Bitterroot Sub-basin Plan for Fish and Wildlife Conservation was for the Northwest Power and Conservation Council to investigate the state of our watershed. The Plan is a framework for conserving and restoring fish and wildlife in the Bitterroot River watershed.
