Ways to Give
The Bitterroot Water Partnership has a strong, thirty-year history of conservation impact funded and powered by community members who care about protecting our waters and all that they support. Today, our restoration projects and community programs are still only made possible by donations. Thank you for caring about the future of our waters and our communities – and thank you for investing in the conservation impact of the Water Partnership.

Bequest
A bequest is a gift made by naming Bitterroot Water Partnership as a beneficiary in your will or trust. You can add BWP to an existing will or living trust or include the organization in a new will. Bequests are an excellent way to support the future work of BWP without impacting your day to day finances.

Qualified Charitable Contribution
An IRA rollover allows individuals 70 ½ or older to make tax-free charitable gifts directly from your retirement account to Bitterroot Water Partnership. This allows you to donate up to $100,000 per year and avoid owing taxes on that rollover.
Please contact our Donor Relations Manager – eddie@bitterrootwater.org or at 406-375-2272 – for assistance with this process.
